Built for the Public Good.

We have reached the limit of traditional bureaucracy. At Sagga & Co., we move beyond the abstract to bridge the gap between policy and practice. We have a dual-track approach: advocate for the government to adopt high-integrity digital systems and developing our own sovereign community interface, Civilync, to empower the people directly.

Enough thinking. The system is syncing.

I. Government Advocacy:

Modernizing Canada

We lobby the government to adopt these high-integrity systems to restore the social contract and improve institutional efficiency for all Canadians.

  • Digital Democracy & Verifiable Voice: We advocate for "Liquid Democracy" systems—auditable participation tools that move beyond four-year electoral cycles. By using blockchain-secured voting, we are pushing for a future where citizens can engage with legislative issues in real-time.

  • AI-Enabled Governance: We are lobbying for the integration of AI to perform institutional audits. By identifying and stripping away the "invasive species" of government bureaucracy, we aim to accelerate service delivery—from housing permits to social support—moving the state at the speed of modern life.

  • The Public Ledger: We advocate for the infrastructure required to track every tax dollar on an immutable public ledger. Transparency is not a promise; it must be a technical requirement of the national budget.

II. Civilync: Giving the People a Voice

While we lobby for systemic change, we are actively working on building Civilync—our proprietary "all-in-one" app designed to return power, wealth, and voice back to the neighborhood immediately.

1. Zero-Commission Logistics: Ending the "Extraction Tax"

Modern tech giants act as predatory middlemen, taking up to 30% of every transaction. Civilync destroys this model by removing the commission entirely.

  • Sovereign Ride Hailing: We provide the digital infrastructure for movement without the corporate tax. When a citizen books a ride, the driver keeps 100% of the fare. By eliminating the middleman, riders pay less, and drivers finally earn a dignified, full-value wage.

  • Empowered Local Dining: Local restaurants are currently being suffocated by delivery app fees. Civilync charges 0% service fees to restaurants. This allows local businesses to keep their margins, retain their staff, and offer lower prices to neighbors, ensuring the local culinary culture thrives.

2. The Digital Agora: Open-Source Social Media

The current social landscape is defined by censorship and algorithmic manipulation. Civilync offers an open-source alternative built for the "Public Square."

  • Uncensored Dialogue: We provide a platform where all free speech is welcome. There are no "shadow-bans" or algorithmic suppressions. It is a space designed for citizens to unite, discuss local grievances, and organize collective solutions without corporate oversight.

  • The Creator Social Contract: Independent voices and creators are the lifeblood of truth. While we take a minimal commission (significantly lower than any legacy platform), these funds are not "profit"—they are a community contribution. 100% of these small commissions go directly into the Staple Box Initiative to feed families.

3. The Hyper-Local Economy: Work, Trade, and Barter

Civilync re-weaves the social fabric by connecting neighbours through labor and resources, bypassing the globalized "gig economy."

  • Direct Opportunity: The app features a neighbourhood labor market for everything from full-time job listings to quick tasks (repairs, deliveries, or tutoring). There are zero platform fees, meaning the person doing the work gets paid exactly what the job is worth.

  • Circular Commerce & Bartering: We have integrated a dedicated platform for Peer-to-Peer Bartering. Citizens can trade skills for goods or exchange belongings without needing currency. Whether you are giving away furniture, selling a tool, or trading a service, Civilync ensures resources stay within the community rather than ending up in a landfill.

III. The Philanthropic Cycle: The Staple Box

Civilync is a self-sustaining engine for community survival. Every dollar generated by the platform’s minimal ecosystem is recycled back into the neighborhood.

  • Local Business Ad Ecosystem: Advertising on Civilync is reserved exclusively for local businesses. We provide a premium space for neighborhood shops to reach their customers without being drowned out by global corporations.

  • Feeding Families: 100% of all profits made from local advertisements and the minimal social media commissions are used to purchase and distribute Staple Boxes.

  • Direct Sustenance: These boxes—containing essential staples like flour, rice, and oil—are distributed directly to families in need within the neighbourhood where the activity was generated. Your social media engagement and local shopping literally put food on your neighbor's table.
